Donation Refund Policy

The Solidarity Foundation is grateful for the generosity of our donors. This Donation Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which donations may be refunded.

Charitable Contributions

All donations made to The Solidarity Foundation are considered voluntary charitable contributions intended to support our mission and programs.

Refund Requests

If you believe a donation was made in error, you may request a refund within 15 days of the donation date.

Refund requests should include:

• Donor name

• Donation date

• Donation amount

• Reason for the refund request

Requests may be submitted by contacting us via email.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow reasonable time for the refund to be processed depending on your financial institution.

Recurring Donations

If you have enrolled in a recurring donation program, you may cancel future donations at any time by contacting us or managing your payment preferences through the donation platform.

Refunds will generally not be issued for recurring donations that have already been processed unless there is a clear error.

Fraudulent Transactions

If a donation appears to have been made fraudulently or without authorization, we encourage the donor to contact us immediately so the matter can be investigated and resolved.
